These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online store and the purchase of products, materials, and supplies, including but not limited to mycelium-based products and live cultures (collectively, the “Products”). 1.2. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective upon posting.

2. Products

2.1. Our Products include living and non-living materials.
2.2. Mycelium products are grown to order and typically require an average of 3 weeks from the point of order to dispatch. Actual times may vary depending on growth conditions and availability.
2.3. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only. Actual Products may vary slightly due to their living and natural nature.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. All orders must be placed through our online store.
3.2. Full payment is required at the time of order.
3.3. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We will make every effort to dispatch orders within the indicated timeframe; however, we are not liable for any delays outside our control.
4.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4.3. Living Products Disclaimer: We take great care in packaging and shipping live products; however, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival due to variables during transit (e.g., delays, handling, temperature changes). Goldbirch is not liable for loss, damage, or spoilage of living products during shipping.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Live products (including but not limited to mycelium cultures, spawn, and other perishable items) cannot be returned or refunded.
5.2. Non-living products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition at the buyer’s expense. A refund will be issued once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
5.3. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.

6. Liability
6.1. All products are sold for legal use only. The customer assumes full responsibility for the use and application of any product purchased.
6.2. Goldbirch is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
6.3. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By placing an order with Goldbirch, you acknowledge and agree that live products cannot be returned or refunded, and that Goldbirch is not liable for the loss, damage, or spoilage of living products during shipping.
